What food type gives us the highest nutrient value?
Since I first started this thread I've been researching the subject even further. Yes it's true that organ meats are certainly the food group that contains the largest variety of nutrients. The downside however is that it takes the gut microbiome a lot longer and more work to break down, digest and eliminate meat.
The most easily digestible and assimilated foods for the body are fruits, followed by vegetables, then certain grains (not all), then legumes. So for these reasons it arguably makes them the most healthful foods to eat.
