It has to be something out of left field, as the obvious choices would of been fruit and vegetables. I know water cress was classed as a super food a few years back, but I'm guessing that would of come under vegetables?
I know pro biotic cr ap over here is proving very popular, but that is mainly yogurt, and I don't believe yogurt is classed as a food group.
Tought one, it has to be something that was previously not known for any great health benefits.
