But..... the 70s had, Bowie at his best, Zeppelin, Purple, Motorhead, AC/DC, Sabbath etc. etc, THE best disco, THE best funk, the finest punk - Clash, Pistols, you name it, Ska, Soul, The Jam, Reggae at its finest from mainstream Bob Marley to Prince Far I and all points in between, New Wave, Electro, I could go on and on......... and you're saying most of it was dire????? What on earth were you listening to????!!
And Vesps - being a teenager in the late 70s was incomparably the best time for music, ever! Unless you happened to be a teenager in the 60s I guess... I did listen to a lot of that Acid stuff, went to a few raves, it was okay. Maybe it was because I didn't take any disco biscuits. I was off things like that for most of the 80s and 90s. Made up for earlier and later though )
Cant stand techno though!
