Your arrogance astounds me. Whether it's your own or someone else's it's fu cking disgusting to abuse and rob a boy of his innocence!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

What are you doing? What does it explain? That being a parent switches off empathy for everyone else?

Your desire to protect your kids is understandable and natural (I may not have kids, but I do have a family, and relatives that I would do anything to keep safe, it's not a magic ability that producing offspring grants).

Your attitude to everyone else's kid's is what baffles me.

My wife had cervical cancer, and had to have a hysterectomy.

              So no.

Its the welfare and safety of ones own kids that matter at the end of the day.....you can do something about that.

btw don't call me that......just because you disagree with my opinion, there's a good lad!
I toned down what I really wanted to call you, I'm such a good lad like that.

I find your views disgusting and I'm not the only one. Obviously we protect our own children first but that doesn't mean I wouldn't do my upmost to defend any other vulnerable child from being abused just coz there no relation to me.
As for there being nothing we can do about it, you could try condemning the actions of child *** offenders, and not try make excuses for them.

Why tone it down? Say what you feel. It would be worth the ban you would get surely, if you felt THAT strongly. No? or even a PM would have done...still would have got a ban though.

Now using the thread to bait people. Classy. Good to see that private education was put to good use and help mould such a lovely individual.

No because unlike you in a post above I think before I type as to not offend someone wether intentionally or not.
But you keep trying to goad people into getting a ban as that seems to be your go to tactic.
                        Pathetic

...never once claimed it was put to good use mate. always claimed the opposite... a complete waste of money in fact.

Coming back to the original title of this thread, there is something very worrying about this. 1) the police raided his home when he was away in Portugal. Since he goes to Portugal every August on holiday I assume they knew he was away. Not really sure what they thought they were going to find when investigating an offence which took place about 30 years ago and why it could not have waiting until he was present. 2) the press apparently arrived at his home an hour or so before the police arrive. They apparently knew about the raid before Cliff Richard did.

We have now had a number of cases involving famous people and in the majority of cases they have been found innocent. Although found innocent, they have suffered from the bad publicity.

Offence is more often than not, taken..........never intentionally given. Sleep on that my friend!

You're right about the way the press get wind of these things ahead of schedule. Not fair at all.

Wasn't surprised by this arrest though, his name cropped up as being involved in some unpleasantness (too libellous to mention here tbh) a few months back on another forum. I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but reading into some of the rumours that have been around while these investigations have been going on has been unnerving and unpleasant.

Won't judge until this reaches a conclusion however, hopefully the truth will out.
