The thing is, he has got the skills in his locker (copyright John Motson), but never seems capable of doing it for more than 5 minutes in any game, let alone in dangerous areas.

Really frustrating player. If he played at anywhere approaching the best of his ability (see Jamie Mackie every game) he could have been brilliant for us.
