Well, that's the best we could have realistically hoped for, our goal difference not being absolutely battered.

on the positive traore and mbia did v well at full back. problem is centre of defence - good battlers tho clint and nelsen are, lets face it neither of them are good enough and ferdinand looks a shadow of the player he was last season.

It's a hopelessly unbalanced squad though, with now just the one out and out striker, and he's in poor form.

The defense we knew was weak, is weaker due to injuries.

This will not change at least until the start of January. Until then Harry has the same underlying issues that Hughes had (and caused)

MB and EN's tactics were great today. Well apart from bringing on Ferdinand, it was a good performance overall.
