the most frustrating thing for me is that we have the players, but we dont use them. I have always backed swp, thinking he will come good but he has offered us nothing chance after chance. Hoilett scored vs reading and has looked dangerous in every appearance, and he doesnt play. Cisse has been poor, but has hardly had a run. He knows where the net is - get them in the bloody team. Surely even an unift traore will do beter than hill today?

It's no use coating individual players off IMO, the way it is now everyone will have a good and bad game off and on.
The problem is clear, there is just NO WAY WHATSOEVER that Hughes has spent any time with a team drilling shape and position into them as a group. If he says otherwise he is a liar point blank. Gelling happens on the training pitch not "creating a professional environment" and sitting waiting for good players to get to know each other.
Park for instance is a good player but more than most is a willing cog in a machine. Build the right machine and he will deilver exactly as ordered. Chuck a bunch of players together hoping for the best and he will look lost and ineffective. Simple as that.

Spot on, it seems like. No team-cohesion at all really!!
