If the defence is going to hoof it away then at least bloody hoof it right out and not plonk it 20 yards out FFS

Should never have changed that team, whoever we were up against.
          Agreed mate and it's showing.

Most frustrating thing for me is that Cisse ruled himself out for so long though. As hard as Zamora works, he's not much of a goalscorer.

Yeah at mo but i think we can get back into this we do have a bench with players that can create and score, and maybe MH will think about Buzz, Traore etc we have options

To say we've never played well with Derry on the field is nonsense

Buz can be good sometimes but I can't say I'd ever rely on him

Could definitely have done with a sane Cisse today

Have to say I was very surprised Buzsaky was left out today. Derry is a useful player against certain opposition, but wouldn't have played him today.

                    • Half-time, thank fark.
We should have approached this game aggressively. We are teetering on the brink, and we need to be taking the game to WBA, and not sitting back for long periods inviting Albion to come on and attack us.
Let us do our defending in their half. Attack, attack, attack attack attack.

We made West Bromwich Albion look like bloody Barcelona first half.
I hope we come out and make West Brom look like Burton Albion, and win the match 1-3.

True, but BZ is doing a great job, anyone criticising him for missing that header needs to take a close look at the replay, he did so well to get his head to it at all, let alone direct it on goal.

We've looked very good at times, had just as many chances as WBA, and are 1-0 down to a lapse by the defence, and a weak attempt by Kenny.

Not panicking yet, there's a point in this for us I think. (well hope at least)

                          • Sounds like Blackburn's haven't turned up at all. If they don't get a result against Norwich next week they are out of it no question

No points today and we're down imo.
                              Agreed!

Bolton and Wigan will stay up. Grrr

Would definitely take a point. Can't see Wigan beating Arsenal and Blackburn are losing 2-0.
