Really not sure what to expect. Attitude needs to be spot on. This league is crazy (and generally not that good). Hope Paal doesn't play and that Chair doesn't start. Chair as sub must prove he is worthy of starting or he doesn't. Team selection on Saturday was odd. Using Saito as a sub perhaps makes some sense. However for me, I think he is our best player, who we will be lucky to keep hold of.

Anybody know what's happening with JD and SU?
I'd guess Jimmy is holding both clubs to ransom?
This could well be the biggest deal of his whole career, worth well North of £5mil in total I'd imagine - he has to do what's best for him and his family which means playing hardball with both clubs to get them to push the boat out. I can't believe it's just a case of the clubs hashing out a fee for someone who's out of contract in 5 month either, it's gotta be JImmy - he holds all the cards.
This has been coming since May when we exercised our right to one-more year for Jimmy rather than sorting out a new long-term deal. It was obvious from that point on that Jimmy had his eye on moving on.
Not to derail the thread but your first point is very likely right, doesn't necessarily mean he has an eye on moving on, just wants the best deal for him and knows we have a limited wage ceiling, doesn't mean we can't give him what he wants.
Let's see, out of squad seems way to coincidental doesn't it. We'll find out tomorrow, if he goes hopefully there's some money in the bank for us.
Hard to predict this one. We seem an unpredictable team within an equally unpredictable league.
But taking into account the last two performances, uncertainties around Jimmy D, other absentees and players only just returning, I reckon I'll be pretty happy if we get a draw with no new injury concerns... Just to arrest the slide and get a point nearer safety.
I like this update from Nourry and I believe it to be true:
"“Jimmy was the subject of interest from another Championship club during the January transfer window.
“This Championship club did not meet our valuation for Jimmy and therefore he remains with us.
“Let me be clear: Jimmy Dunne loves QPR. Whilst the opportunity of moving to a team that was recently in the Premier League is an appetising prospect for any ambitious footballer, which is a characteristic that I want all of our players to have because it makes them better footballers, Jimmy showed a great understanding of our position.
“He is concentrated now on putting all his efforts into every training session and every opportunity to play for the club that means so much to him.”"
