Its even worse with so many out injured and it showed that a lot were running on empty.
Regular Saturday kick off, mid week, early Saturday kickoff shouldn't be allowed.

Effing hell! The 1st halves of Oxford game and today's game must add up to the worst 90 mins of football I've ever seen from us. How we've come out the other end unbeaten with 4pts is quite astonishing. Still, can't grumble whilst the team are managing to eke out results.
Was it only me that thought the ref was bang out of order to allow Twine to move the ball a yard to the side of the shaving foam mark AFTER we had carefully positioned our wall? Ref should have either insisted he put it back to the mark or allowed us to faff around resetting the wall again.

I really liked Lloyds effort today against 2 or 3 Bristol c players he hold up the ball and made several good threatening runs. He would should be loned out one season to league one and grow even more. I think we could have a good player in him!

Didn't see the game but from looking at the highlights and what people on here have posted its obvious that Ashby is a walking disaster at left back. How bad can and be even when he is out of position. Surely he must have a half an idea! He is clueless and we are lucky that we didn't get punished for his mistakes.
Get a left back in the window. I would even go as far as sending ashby back to Newcastle as he's nowhere near this level especially coming from a prem team. Problem us we are then left with Santos who is probably the worst right back I've seen at Rangers in years!!
How do solve this mess? Lol!

We may aswell have 10 men than have Ashby playing, he's trying but looks lost and can't make anything work. Thankfully the other 3 at the back and Sam defended really really well.
Saito the only forward player doing solid work, if that lad was a bit stronger he'd be a hell of a force.
We can't get the ball forward can we? Tired legs and a team pushing to survive, can't knock any of them for fight.
Either way great run of form really. Keep going.

I also feel we had a bad day in terms of playing it out from the back... we were too slow at it and Bristol were all over us hunting in packs. We invariably worked it out to left where Ashby or Saito would get swamped. Rather than viewing this as evidence that Ashby is a "walking disaster" I'd say it was more of a case of him being the patsy or fall-guy for the team continually deploying a dumb half-assed tactic that the opposition had clearly sussed out how to counter and exploit.
