Needs to start Lloyd, confidence of the team is more important than the confidence of one man, and that one man's confidence will improve as the team does and the team are not going to improve with that one man playing the way that one man has been playing.
If we lose tomorrow do we think Marti will still be in the job come the weekend? 1 win in 19 is a hell of record, I'm not sure even Pep would survive that run of form.
We looked better vs. Stoke so let's hope tomorrow we get 3pts in the bag and can kick on.

I hope not.
I just can't be bothered with a new manager.
I got stick for comparing us to Man Utd, but i think they pulled the trigger on TH when they new this new fella was available and it was a long term direction for the club.
I feel Marti is a long term direction for the club and can't see anyone else we have ever heard of, bar Robins at the moment.
He's just got to find a way of scoring some points till Jan.
If it turns out he is responsible for all of the transfers that have happened this summer, then I hold a different opinion.

I’m not sure either how anyone stays in a job with that record, especially if it’s a defeat to a team a few points ahead of us, like Cardiff.
I know we've had injuries to Frey , dembele, chair , JCS , but we've only beaten Luton this season , lose the Cardiff and Watford games and surely Marti's number is up .
We are bottom of the league and nothing I've seen is getting us off it anytime soon , we need to grind a win out somewhere or it's ta ta Marti.
Really hope we can .
I actually think Marti would be a better fit for Leicester and Cooper would be a better fit for us. I can't see that "Martiball" will ever work in the EFL and Cooper could be like Warnock, great in EFL but can't make leap to the Prem.
I do feel that for 90% of managerial sackings, the club has a replacement all warmed up and ready on the sidelines. I can only assume we have nobody lined up and this is all that's keeping Marti in post. But, with more managers coming on the market that could soon change so Marti badly needs to win some games (that's games, not game... winning 1 out of 4,5,6 or whatever ain't gonna cut it).
I'm hopeful we can get the job done at Cardiff and start a slow rehabilitation of this carcrash of a season.
