I actually think this is going to be a real tough game and I say it again these type of games won't define our season. A PT would be very good as another tough fixture out of the way. Middlesbrough will be much tougher because they're a physical side with plenty of big lads. That doesn't suit us so it will be much tougher than Sunderland who tend to prefer more technical players.
We're a lot more solid defensively but after Boro's losing at home to Coventry on Sat we really need to win this one.
1-0
Sheep, you appear to be applying "stopped clock" principles to your predictions... keep predicting wins and by law of averages one will come at some point. Haven't Boro been a bit sketchy recently? Knowing our luck this'll be the game they'll use to stop the slump and get back on track.
Looking at form I'm thinking it could well be a hattrick of 0-0's with possibility of another coming at Dirty Leeds too. Wonder what the record run of successive 0-0's is???

I really don't know what I'm thinking. We need a forking win. I'll be there.
PROGRESSING through the ranks after joining QPR at 11, Alex Aoraha has since featured regularly for both our Under-18s and Development Squad.
A full international with Iraq, Aoraha represented the Lions at the U20 World Cup and made his senior debut against Ecuador in November 2022.
Having been an unused substitute in a number of QPR first-team games, the midfielder made his professional debut for the R’s in an EFL Cup clash against Norwich City in August 2023.
Alex credits his parents with being a driving force as he looks to continue to prosper in his footballing career.

Great to see "one of our own" progressing well, this is the business model we keep trying (and failing). Hope he manages to establish himself as a regular. I'd love to see this happen more often, surely it's got to be better than data driven by FM24 when selecting a new player.
