No excuses: another hiding at the hands of another set of journeymen who probably now believe they are Real Madrid, but will probably get hammered in their next game. This is what should be expected when season after tiresome season we continually swell our ranks with detritus and bric-a-brac.

Don't think colback is gonna make all the difference to be honest. Tempo of team needs to improve for sure but that comes with tactics as we know with ainsworth we would run all day but we had no shape to our play. Back to basics is a start need to be hard to score against

Colback will at least put a tackle in and look interested. Madsen and Anderson are a pair of wasters. Both are weak, slown and have the strength of a 5 years old girl. Can't believe MC keeps persisting with field and madsen. We are so open and no one looks like putting a shot on one of the opposition. We are a bunch of fairies. We look clueless and lack aggression and desire. The manager has a lot of to answer for..it's not good enough. End of.

Jesus Christ! What a week! We're at a stage where players should be finding a rhythm and the team clicking but we're a horrible disjointed mess and all over the place. Not one outfield player was better than 5 out of 10 today. Last Saturday was garbage but we hid behind the sending off but there's no excuse this week. Both weeks we've been done by teams coming out after half-time with a bit of bite/thrust and we've wilted.
A smattering of team came over at full-time to sheepishly acknowledge us but were greeted with a muted response from 80% and quite loud booing from 20%. Deservedly so too. During the raucous noisy first half my impression was that the Marti Cifueutes song was only gaining traction with 60% of singers - it was definitely not getting the lusty airing it normally gets.
I dunno what can be done, Marti rolled the dice with subs and Celar and Frey up top but it had zero effect - I suppose the issue is slow football and a lightweight midfield. Quite a list to address.

Worrying. Giving such terrible goals away. First half both teams were pedestrian. I even thought at one point we needed kakay back and would improve right back slot. Celar did look sharper. Dembele looks a shadow. Chair a plus . If he’s back next game JCS at CB and Jimmy to RB. I hope palace sell eze soon although his value may be dropping out of England squad!

We are far to lightweight , I was looking how much more muscular and fitter derby were .
saito was second best and barged off a ball in the 1st half then hid for the rest of his time on the pitch
Anderson and Madsen are a disgrace , no pace , no energy and no hope .
We sit back and have no desire to win , the football is all over the place and our shape at time is non existent.
Definitely need Clark salter back , can't see where the next win is coming from , Marti needs to seriously work on our lack of movement when we have the ball.
It's lacklustre and boring to watch .

Saito very lightweight and madsen I thought was going to be some player but he his very disappointing who scouted him he didn't even bother jumping for a header and lost out to a much smaller player hopefully chair will get up to speed and jcs is back but worrying times and hull got spanked by Norwich so goes to show how bad we are

What has happened defensively though? Yes Clarke Salter is badly missed but it’s pretty much the same defence from last season which was solid, except the keeper. As much as Nardi is a good shot stopper is he part of the problem here? I mean the defence look unorganised and nervous as ####, so do they have faith in the man behind them? Never thought I would say this but perhaps Begovic is missed? Time to give Walsh a go maybe, I thought he was excellent at Coventry last game of season

As for Anderson and Madsen I fancy my 2 yr old granddaughter over 10 yds to beat them and knock them of the ball pathetic
