God knows why we chased Varane all summer. The lad is garbage and will make Colback and Field look like angels in terms of discipline.

Santos is poor as well. Never a right back in a million years. If he don't come off, he'll be next sent off.

Marti needs to really look at team selection for away games. He should have learned at Sheffield United when he started Varane and he was nowhere near the level required having come from the Spanish Segunda.

I’m gonna probably get slagged off for this but the new signings bar Dembele and maybe saito have not improved the squad

regardless of settling in etc I’ve seen better players in L1 and L2 this season

varane is pony madsen slow as a 3 leader grand national runner and Celar we paid decent money for

Varane was kind of thrusting forward at the time,
(like some teams have players that actually do that). But he looked very uncomfortable in doing so and rather out of control. This led to what happened. Hope he improves but if not would be a BAD Marti signing.

Marti needs to work out best cm pairing and stick with it and from what I’ve seen it’s colback and field new players no better than Edb and we paid for them
