Regretting those chances. Really lack quality eh. Willock and Anderse, are the only attacking players we have that has any dleivery or threat, Ilias is way off the boil at the minute. Shouldn't keep taking Lucas off, unless it's a fitness thing. i think we should be starting with chair on the bench next game.

Dykes is still the worst Striker iv'e ever seen at Rangers , he used to work his socks off , does'nt even do that anymore. Probably waiting for the Euros with Scotland , useless #### won't even get a game. Said it 3 years ago and people on this site said i was talking rubbish , get rid of the useless ####.

I was at that game and I would strongly disagree with you.
They started the game on fire, it wasn't until they went down to 10men that we started to look like we wouldn't concede.
Considering our man advantage we didn't really look dangerous enough and too much possession football with no real penetration.
I wish I was relaxed like you but I think this will be tough tonight and I am so worried I actually can't even focus on my job today, fu cked me right up!

After they lost a man , we were camped in their half for a good hour .
They never tried to come out. Defended well and got a point .

But it’s essentially because it is hard to get players who are good finishers at this level.

The last two games we should have had comfortable leads but blew chances and opportunities.

But our players are not good enough and make bad choices or shoot straight at the keeper.

Now we could get sucked back into it and the next game is crucial.

What worries me the most is that Marti seemed to have a system that made sense and now seems to have dropped it.

We looked fragile today and didn’t have the right shape. If we play the same way against Hull we will get a beating and that could cause players to panic.

Let’s hope he finds the magic again soon …

Marti has lost the plot in the last 2 games, sorry he's done great previously but no excuses for team setup and subs in last 2.

So many chances gone begging again too many could've been out of sight , Smyth poor miss like Willocks at Sunderland we seem to have no composure in front off goal as for Begovic starting to cost us too many mistakes, also thought uncle Albert was a strange substitution. our frailties come to the fore cant score Keeper?????

After a first half borefest we woke up and created enough chances to win he game easily, if we had someone who could score. Begovic made a mistake that can be forgiven because he kept us in it at times with some decent saves. They had a better idea in font of goal, we either panicked or took the wrong option.

I'd agree with this, someone who seemed to have the squad and plan figured out has setup, and reacted porrly in the last 2. With our bench last night, bringing Albert on was clueless, there were several better options.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HAVE A CHAT WITH CHAIR? He is so wasteful, given the work rate and desire, which is not in doubt, he throws away so many oppotunities to do better.

I'm not sure what I would have done differently last night up until the subs, i thought the team sheet made sense, I would have started Chair and Willock, in favour of Smyth who has never convinced as a starter. I do like his desire to press but i just don't think he worries defenders enough. Him coming on for Willock or Chair when Albert did would have been a good plan.

I'd have swapped JCS for Paal and pushed Fox out left, who had a great game actually. JCS would have provided a better outlet into midfield, Paal though improved in the second half, looked shakey.

Dykes, another average game but at least he had a part in the goal, he kept the ball in for a defecto assist. He also put Smyth in for the best chance of the game which was sqaundered, he was more effective than Sinclair against Weds, but that's a pretty low bar to set.

I feel we are missing Colbacks grit, Hayden is ok but Jack offers more in the press and break. Hayden goes missing until a tackle needs to be made. Maybe it's the ginger hair that makes Jack stand out.

It was another poor game from both teams, better players would have made the scoreline 3-3 last night, but that would have flattered the performance which was in my opinion a fairly typical mid week, lower tabel Championship match.

We have to find some flow, another win should be enough, if Brum, Blackburn and Stoke win the game in hand we'll feel alot less safe than we do now.

Chair is running on empty, he's put a lot into the vast majority of our games but the season's caught up with him. Marti needs to think carefully about how/when we use him in our remaining games. I'd favour him NOT starting but coming on for final third as needed.

BTW... was at game but was baffled by the break in play after 20ish mins. Was is some sorf of religious fasting thing like we did a few years ago when we had that Israeli bloke in the team (forgotten his name though)? Think they should have made an announcement on the PA or bunged somrthing on big screen.
