Awful to watch and prevents us scoring goals.
I hope someone in the club is strong enough to tell him that he is failing and it needs to change.

I don't think we compete in games - we hang around in them waiting for something to happen. Given our lack of quality and lack of resources I could sort of accept that, particularly in away games or against teams that are patently better than us. However, at home to Huddersfield in a "six pointer" it's not acceptable to be so passive and meek.
All I'd say with Marti is judge him on results, not his reputation or his blather. Ultimately, his first 16 league games are NOT massively better than Ainsworth's last 16..... I reckon Marti has 4 wins to Gareth's 3.

Dire game , and I hate going to matches on s Sunday.
How that bloke in the tight t-shirt passed his referees exam is beyond me ,
Youre taught as a ref " to keep the game flowing,"....this poseur blew up for every nudge , coming together or when someone fell over .
On a positive we never gave in and are 2 unbeaten .

Ref poor today. Just kept stopping the game and not allowing the game to flow or allowing oppo to stop it . Very inconsistent on bookings. Mind you only entertaining thing today was the ref doing his little sprints after yet another drop ball he was conned into giving.

Ref not good however I think he reffed better than the 2 teams played football. Huddersfield were clearly better than us and so unlucky not to take all 3 points. In the personal battles they just about won them all, including the managers' tactics. I don't see Marti doing anything special, although he of course doesn't have much to work with.
His substitutions though are clearly and regularly not astute though.

We didn't play well, but the referee destroyed any free flowing football with his constant blowing of his whistle, instead of letting the game flow.
Some of the yellow cards were very debatable, Huddersfield players were getting away with far worse, Field should never have been booked, probably it should of been the other way around, the Huddersfield player looked more out of control.
Huddersfield used the referees poor decisions to their advantage by going down under the slightest touch, and imaginary head injurys, no wonder the game was poor.
That is not hiding the fact that a number of player's couldn't pass wind or could be bothered to put a shift in, Willock being one of them not dropping back to help the fullback, may as well sell him if he is not prepared to put a shift in every game.

Our problem, too many weak players. Failed under Critchley, Ainsworth and now Marti.
Going to take 2-3 years of releasing players at end of contract to improve.

The Ref was poor, but he doesn’t miss the chances, not that we had many, we were very poor and lacklustre for a game we really needed to win, but at least we didn’t lose which would’ve been a disaster for our season, at least we live on in hope, Marti has to stay even if we’re relegated the football is 100% better than under Ainsworth at least we’re trying but our players aren’t good enough to play the way he wants, but trying to make them better,he doesn’t have the tools to do the job, let’s hope we can stay up especially with the new TV deal money coming in next year and Marti can use some money build his own team
