Took away our ability to hit on the counter attack, left us lightweight in midfield and did what he pretends he doesn’t do - went defensive and replaced players who can retain possession with hoof ball centre backs.

We were crying out for SA to have the ability for us to turn there back 4 2nd half, I missed 1st half so can't say if he was poor but once they were behind and pressed he'd of had more space

Field is absolutely useless in any attacking situation..how many chances has he missed?.
A professional footballer who can't put a ball between the white sticks with time to pick his spot. He's barely able to control and pass a ball. For all the good he gives the team when we are on the back foot he's not good enough to play the style this manager wants.

His gamble with the team selection backfired on weds night and it cost us 2 points..his subs today sounded like it cost us all 3.

Wish he would just start with our strongest..If they are on the bench they are fit to play.Too much chopping and changing the last 2 games,and that’s cost us .We should have had 6 points.3 games we win and then we decide we are playing weaker teams and we think we can rotate.Today did not need to ,we don’t play till next week.And now back to square one .Did not do nothing in that second half.Field should have walloped it ,Dykes lazy.Should have left Smytg and Armstrong on,just for their pace.Get 2 ahead then maybe tinker a bit .Wasted substitutions in my opinion today.

Our only hope is that we are not completely adrift by the time the transfer opens then we bring in a couple of players who can actually score, you just can't survive with so little goal production from the strikers, atm I don't have any confidence in either!

I thought first 11 was sub par and left the game balanced when in reality we are better than them.

That said, the team made sense in terms of a solid middle and forward players with pace to push Wed back and stop them coming forwards.

Second half made no sense as he undermined our structure, took off the pace, and made us much more defensive.

They went 4 up front because there was no threat in behind their back four. Then it was basically attack against defence.

Really poor decisions. We need to stick with him, but safe to say that if Ainsworth had done the same fans could be calling him clueless and demanding the sack …

He definitely needs time to get his own players in but needs to learn quickly in this division anyone can beat anyone , he should have played his best team against 2 of the bottom sides in the division . Get the game won first then make your subs and stop being negative , we should have pushed for a second goal today , not brought on more defenders and sit back .
How many times do you watch teams play well go 1-0 up then sit back and get beat , i hate negative managers and negative football . Marti has been saying all the right stuff but he's ####ed up last 2 games against 2 relegation rivals .
