Strange game , they should of been ahead 1st half , we were camped in theirs the 2nd.
MC got his team selection all wrong . Kakay is just clumsy , he's always out of position and is easy distracted to the ball .
He mis placed the ball a couple of times that let to dangerous attacks.
Kelman isn't up to it .
We just didn't know how to break them down

We needed to inject some life into the game, different options.
The moment Richards came on it all went wrong. We lost Cannon as an attacking threat. We had EDB playing out of position and we have Richards strolling around. All it needed was JCS for Larkeche at left back at that point and we would have been much better balanced.
At the same point Kelman should have come off for Smyth to give pace and width.
Second half was a horror show from everyone including Marti. Chair and Willock were basically marking eachother towards the end. It was a mess!
It should have been Chair off Dykes in the number 10, Willock off the left and Smyth off the right. Give Chair the free role, tell Willock and Smyth to keep their width and tell that useless striker Dykes to play between the goal posts and look to actually be a striker and score a goal. Move the ball side to side with pace and work Plymouth hard. Play into feet, play in behind, keep them guessing. Play a high line and box them in. Get the full backs on the overlap and create 2 v 1's, leaving Cook and Dunne back with Dozzell and EDB also deep to contain any possible counter.
We did none of the above. It was slow and in front of Plymouth. Easy. Smyth got 10 mins and got in behind 2 or 3 times. We'd have battered them tonight if we did anything but what we actually did.

I thought we we were poor tonight lacked ideas to break them down too slow build up playing against 10 you have to move the ball quickly try to tire them out , and to their credit I thought they defended really well, and had a couple of chances Chair very wasteful and too greedy kept shooting when it wasn't on and should've passed his crossing along with the rest of our team is abysmal I bet 90% of our crosses don't beat the first man , Willock along with a few others Especially DOZZELL ( not sure what he brings to this team very poor player) very disappointing, Marti done the right thing taking off Field & Paal because I'm sure the ref would've evened it up if he got the chance to with a 2nd booking, we really need a striker in soon

Very late night for me with an early start this morning. I have to say it was a really poor performance from rangers and our new manager tonight. I understand we have plenty of games in a short space but we don't have the squad to fath about with. Kelman, Kakay, Richards dunne, I want them out of the squad. None have the ability to play at this level. People say they're league 2 but I've seen better players at Leatherhead than these 4. We must start playing our best team, and especially at the back, my concern is salter is paper weight and extremely delicate. Too many important players for us are paper weight and are just waiting for an injury so I fear for us. The manager will understand after tonight's performance he can't rotate so for that reason I think he will be desperate to bring in some bargains in Jan and I have enough confidence to think he will keep us up!I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

It is estimated that the net worth of the Costes family to be around £8.6 billion. This placed the family as the 17th richest in the United Kingdom, with Denise Coates believed to be the highest paid person in the country as the owner of Bet365.
