Bad day but not altogether unpredictable. We HAVE made progress but some of these teams we are losing to, are pretty poor. Our speciality, not scoring, messes everything up. We get edgy and our opponents gain in confidence. I am pro GA but if he is waiting for anyone in our squad to become a regular goalscorer, his P45 will arrive first.
Fix this Gareth. Doing nothing is not an option. Keep the faith..

GA needs to change up the formation at home, it's not working and we create nothing.
I defended Kakay last week but thought he was dreadful today. We looked shaky defensively and got lucky a few times in the first half when Simms ran in behind. Thought JCS was poor and Cook didn't have his best game. Hopefully Fox's injury isn't bad. Willock looks like he's lost, was marginally better today but miles from his best and has lost a yard or two in pace.
Maybe 442 at home? Armstrong and Dykes would both be better suited to playing with a strike partner. Cannon to come in at right back with Paal left back then a choice of Cook, Fox, Dunne and JCS. Colback and Field in the middle with Chair and Smyth wide.
I think this current formation is working well away from home as it suits counter attacking.
Ref was absolutely dreadful but had he been better we still would have got beat.

It is so glaringly obvious what our problem is and this a lack of a decent striker. Those two balls in from Kakay, especially the first one when I believe it was 0-0 would have been tapped home by someone like Austin, even now he would still have got on the end of those two chances. Dykes and Armstrong are never going to be that type of forward player.

Ainsworth needs to go, either voluntarily or involuntarily
I genuinely don't believe that we have a bottom 3 squad, yet continued inept tactics will surely keep us there
There is zero atmosphere at home games now, and the players must feel that every game is an away game
The ref was poor today, but we simply can't keep blaming decisions not going our way - yet again we got turned over by a very average side
To have your LB as top scorer is pathetic

Are you occupied during the week? It does seem to me that the club would benefit from a few fans on this site moseyed on up to the club and gave them the benefit of what experienced fans see from the terraces. It's clear coaching staff don't have that perspective.
