Assuming Cook is still injured, Paal returning too late from international duty to start and Dunne not yet ready for 90 min, I go for:
Begovic
Kakay, Clarke-Salter, Fox
Smyth, Colback Field, Larkeche
Dozzel, Chair
Armstrong
Bench: Archer, Dunne, Paal, Duke-McKenna, Willock, Dykes, Kolli, Adomah, Dixon-Bonner
No news on Richards (injured or not?), but I am not quite sure he would make the bench even if fully fit. I think he is behind the likes of Kelman and Pedder that won't make the bench either.

Thank god international week is over !!!
agree we have to start winning at home
but I’m going to go for a 2-1 win (they beat Southampton 5-0 last time out )
it is strange we win away from home and struggle at HQ
are we just set up better for away games or do teams think it’s a easy win for them and relax attitude and we nick the 3 points .
what works away don’t aways work at home

We bleeding well need to win a game in front of the home faithful! These away wins are all well and good but let's face it, only 550 of us beat the train strike and got up to the Riverside. It's about time the 14K home fans went home happy.
We beat Wigan 2-1 in October nearly one whole year ago and since then we've managed ONE home win against Watford in March.... that's bleeding scandalous and would be interesting to discover if we've ever had a worse sequence of home form.
Sunderland will be buoyant and all visitors to LR will be aware of our record and feel we're a soft-touch. We therefore need to tear into them, disrupt them and generally unsettle them. Players and fans need to turn up big time. If that happens I can see us winning by a couple of goals.

Larkeche in line for QPR starting place
First-choice wing-back Kenneth Paal has been on international duty with Suriname, playing in matches against Grenada and Cuba.
Paal is due to arrive back in London on Thursday and his fitness will be assessed ahead of Rangers’ home match against Sunderland.
QPR expect Lyndon Dykes to be in their squad for Saturday’s game.
Dykes returned to action for Scotland and featured as a second-half substitute in their loss to England, having been out since picking up a knee injury against Norwich.
