Well, if bad results affect share prices in a negative way, then we have become a slightly more attractive investment proposition this afternoon.
Seems as likely a proposition as anything else I have seen, given the current rumours about US investors. If this IS the plan, then I feel little confidence that those in charge of our club, will not be taken to the cleaners. I think it's all about the ground. What happens to the club comes a poor second but when asset stripped, seems certain we would end up West of here, not so far from the training ground.

Just watching the highlights. Thing that stands out the most is the massive gap between midfield and defence. No one seems to know where they're supposed to be. No shape, no structure - just chasing shadows. Truly truly awful.
Some say that no manager could sort this lot out but I disagree. We don't need Guardiola but we do need someone who can get everyone doing the basics right. Then you build confidence from there and you stay up at least.
Ainsworths only saving grace at present is that it was the first game and we can possibly iron the problems out over the opening games. But if heads drop we've got no chance. I always say give a manager 10 games, I guess I'll stick to that - we can't get any worse.

But as we've discussed before Dozzell isnt good enough but he is more experienced than the rookie subs. From GAs comment I think we'll see Duke-McKenna start soon.
