Was quite surreal watching Stoke players trudging around the pitch afterwards doing a lap of (dis)honour to the several hundred Stokeys who bothered to hang about.
Not sure the "ring of steel" of hundreds of stewards to prevent a pitch invasion was actually necessary either.
Dire game, total non-spectacle but a priceless away win so job's a good 'un!

Stoke were always last on MOTD for good reason. This could go down as the most boring fixture of the season next year.

They didn't even sing "Delilah" - don't think I've ever seen such a cheesed off bunch of fans. Crowd might've been 20K+ but sounded more like 200 of them there.
Just goes to show, you can have mega-rich owners but that doesn't necessarily translate to success or entertainment on the pitch. Reckon they could be bang in the relegation mix next season if they don't have a mass clear-out and bring in several decent players. I know we're not in brilliant shape either right now but I'd NOT swap our situation for their situation for all the tea in China.
