Maybe his head not been in right place. There are one or two things in life more important than football. The very little I have seen of him he looks potentially pretty good. Shame we haven't seen more.
Looking at our run in, its absolutely vital we win tomorrow.
You would honestly hope that with Balogun, Willock and Laird all returning, we would at least have some of the experienced players back.
will be interesting to see if Gaz decides to switch styles for this game given hes had time over the international break to work with the squad, perhaps a lack of cohesion has been one of the big issues with this squad over the past few weeks.
Its absolutely vital we at least start getting some points on the board, these next two games are massive in terms of our season.
I would start with our best possible 11, this would include Paal and Chair. Get 2 nil up and take them off if necessary. Even if they are 50/50 - this is a crucial game and we need to gamble to a certain degree
Sometimes I get the impression that the medical team call the shots.

I have to admit that it bugs me when players return from injury and they are given say 45 minutes, why is it always the second 45 minutes by which time you're playing catch up. I suppose maybe it limits the options for substitutions if you are committing to one from the start but surely better to start strong and perhaps be in a position to coast later and with more subs available nowadays is committing to one really that bad?
