Amos out AGAIN for 10 days. I really like the lad, seems a good kid but he’s always injured. Not sure when his contract expires but we must not renew. No room for sentiment.

With the fight our lot show most games its probably players attitudes as much as medical

I agree, the medical team need to be completely cleared out, worry that they have too much influence over team selection.

There was a lot of rotation to be fair. So it wouldnt suprise me if they were just dropped from the matchday 18.

Our main problem is how to keep our squad focus and concentrated. The same players that did not turn up against Fleetwood may have a good game tomorrow. However, can they do it week-in and week -out? I wonder. We're not a bad team, however, if a quality player plays to 60% of his capabilities, we will be a bad team. You need at least eight out of the eleven on the field to perform 100%.

I personally think when balogun is fit and has played his been our best defender. His obviously not wanting to play as will be going back to rangers . Jcs his always injured even from his Chelsea days (I don’t rate him anyway ) too weak and fragile and his positioning is awful . Think we will draw today 1-1 Lowe scoring his first goal

One winger signed to add to the squad will hopefully bring some improvement, but he is not an out and out goal scorer is he? Something we are crying out for! Bonne has been let go, where is his replacement? 4 goals in the last 11 games from the whole team tells its own story, and yet still no other striker signed! Dykes cannot do it up front on his own, it’s been proven! I hope we get a reaction from the players today, but this group of players lack leaders, are too weak on the ball and lack confidence. The first goal today will be crucial. If they score it I fear a defeat, if we get it we might hang on for a 1-1 draw. I can’t see us keeping a clean sheet either with a flat back 4.

Reading have taken 11pts from an available 30pts in last 10 games. That's pretty duff but then you realise we have only managed 6pts over that period which makes the Reading form suddenly look daunting. Add the fact they have won 3 out of their last 6 home games and we lost at Fleetwood last week and it all begins to look very iffy for us.

I suppose we have to fall back on the "anyone can beat anyone in this league" cliche and hope we pull a random PNE-type result out of the hat.

I'll go 4-0 to fakes, I think things will have to get worse before they get better.
