Everything connects - because those two are playing better, Dykes looks better. That makes Roberts not look as bad. I’m glad our best team has now become obvious to the new manager. Long may it continue.

A surprisingly good half, there is a long ways to go but we have shown that we can play well against a top side when set up properly, we are first to most of the balls which makes a huge difference and I'm sure NC is pleased! Chair and Willock are a handful for the Blades and Dykes is putting in a shift, the defenders have been solid when called on which fortunately so far is not too often!

So many times when the ball falls to us at corners we misskick the shot - I can’t help but think other teams would be 2 or 3 up at this point.

A good mansger who is playing his squad in advance of the transfer window to see what he's got, and in an unassuming manner given the players a kick up the Rs?

It is good to see we are reverting to Warburtons 4-2-3-1 formation. I think this get out the best in Willock and Chair and probably also suits Roberts and Dykes better than playing traditional wingers like we did against Luton.

Fingers crossed we can keep it up in the second half.
