Gotta give Critchley at least 10 games before judging him. He inherited a disjointed mess that's been playing diabolically since mid-October. The squad is paper-thin and seems to lack basic fitness, energy and desire to get in the box - there's a lot to sort out; will take Critchley several games at least.

How can you start Shodipo? Why is Dykes playing? What style of play is he going for because I’m seeing a lot of route 1 but we don’t have the players for that. Why are you not starting Willock and Chair for your first home game out most creative players.

I am frustrated that Willock and Chair haven't been on the pitch at the same time under his tenure, ok Chair was unavailable for the first one but they are not bench players in this squad, I can't believe Chair wasn't up for 90 mins after playing a whopping 45 ish minutes in Qatar.

Chair is so overrated, take the money and reinvest it wisely, the same with Willock.
