On Cov's official website it says they are suspending ticket sales for their game against Blackburn on Tuesday until they get clearance they can use the stadium. Nothing about our match so far.
"Coventry City can confirm that it is exploring alternative backup plans to host Tuesday night’s home game against Blackburn Rovers. ... Tickets for the game against Blackburn Rovers will be removed from sale as a consequence."
This is all very strange, you would have thought they would of had a deal in place for the season?
Are they renting the stadium on a game by game basis?
Is there a chance they might be docked points for this, it’s really not ideal.
I'd imagine we've sold a fair few already. We brought over 4,000 there last season.
Couple that with CCFC season ticket holders who'll want to be there and I envisage problems. What a mess they are these days.
How True if we've already sold 3000 and they have 10.000 ST holders going to be a problem, if game moved, wonder if we've suspended ticket sales for the game I'd be worried but don't think we have ?

Yea I haven't seen anything. Odd one wanting to share with such a small club.
I went to Coventry last season lots of empty seats in the home ends
Brum falling down , villa park and the hawthorns to big . So I suppose Walsall makes sense

Just looked it up , you're right Jim . Ground holds 40k , 32, 609 for football matches so suppose they could go to a bigger club . It obviously looked empty as it was half full .

Yea it's an odd one. Maybe its a lot cheaper than gong back to Brum
There are two separate issues;
1. Coventry City owe money to HMRC and are now under a transfer embargo. 2. The company that owns the ground (ACL) are on the brink of administration.
The agree to pay schedule for Coventry City has nothing to do with where they will be playing games as far as I can see. It depends entirely on ACL, a separate company.
As you say Coventry are not the problem it's the company wo own the stadium who are in trouble, and looks like administration so Cov might not be able to use the ground
