[QUOTE=QPRDave;n2581581]My main problem if that's what you call it, is I'd have Dunne starting every game.
But I was also very impressed with Balogan.
So that leaves a new signing and Dickie on the bench, whatta a nightmare......Good one though [/QUO
I don't think it's just coincidence that we kept a clean sheet without Dickie in the team , i've said it for the past couple of years that he is not a good defender , he is so slow and for his size is very weak and gets brushed aside very easily. In my opinion i think he will struggle to get back into the side now .
Decent performance last night but i would still like us to dominate games a bit more , we rode our luck a few times and we give the ball away a little bit easily and against better sides will get punished for that. The full backs were very good last night and Balogun is a calming influence at the back . Iroegbunam looks decent and i think will improve as the season goes on , Willock was having a poor game but he can produce a moment of magic at any time , Chair was good and worked his socks off , Roberts also worked hard but i'm not sure his is a number nine , it is a shame we could'nt get Archer as i think we could definately of made the play offs maybe even automatic. Oh well a good win at a hard ground to go , now don't go and mess it all up by losing to Stoke.

Team's substantially different now isn't it? Window's shut, three new faces in the back 4 and we get first clean sheet in 21 attempts. Does look like It's Beale's team/system now and the players are settling into his ways. Given it's only mid-September they're gelling together encouragingly quickly. If we could just get a striker to catch light we could become genuine contenders.
