Spot on Don. Tbh the tactics are extremely baffling. I don't think mode has a clue where he should be playing. Listen coaches very rarely make good managers. This has very much a Steve maclaren feel about it. It was always going to be a huge risk for us. I just hope we can stay up

It's a strange looking formation. Neither team looks particularly "on it" and they have the advantage courtesy of some sleepy defending and closing down at a corner.

Game's still wide open but we need to show some more goal threat and get them turned or running backwards..... everything's all too easy for Rover's defenders at the moment.

The tactics seem odd. We have shodipo on the pitch but no width. We have a lot of midfielders but no dominance.

Same old, same old. Midfield poor and nothing will change until personnel is changed. Field doing ok. Johansen is terrible defensively and his poor header contributed to their goal. Dozzell just isn't good enough and a needless mix up between him and Kakay give Blackburn the corner they scored from.

Nothing been created in the game from either side. Blackburn should be down to 10 men, ref went to get card out for a shirt pull, realised he'd already booked the lad, so changed his mind. Shambles of a decision.

Changes needed. Get Dozzell off and Richards on for starters and then look to introduce Adomah or Armstrong around the hour for Johansen or Field and have a go because Blackburn haven't given us anything to worry about.

We have to remember that Beale is used to the Prem and someone else making the big decisions. This is new to him and we have to give him time.

I guess what is dispiriting people is just that all these issues were clear at the end of the last season. To start with the same midfield and attack suggests little has been learned …

Get dozzell off now. Sick of him taking the easy option by passing backwards. This lad has produced one offensive pass/assist in his whole time with us!! That's a joke.
