Whole team under performing . Team need a lift . If I wasn't a fan of QPR I'd of earned a fortune betting against this lot . Never saw the game but we seem to lack any belief or desire . It's down to warbs to come out and tell us what has gone wrong , he's in the last chance saloon

At last someone willing to blame the players.
Which players would you clear out?

Obviousy the players are playing poorly at the moment but we are not set up right , we look disjointed , the defence are sitting too deep , the gaps between the midfield and forwards is too big hence they don't get any service , teams just press us high and therefore the wing backs have to come back and when they do get forward , one ball and we are left open at the back, the management and coaches are supposed to organise and set the players up how they want to play , yet it is obvious like the commentator said we look like eleven players throw together and told to get on with it.
I've seen better organisation at semi pro level .

good shout doubt he'd come but knows this league and got Norwich playing decent stuff but they got more finance than we have

Manning done good job at MK but this leagues brutal imo and a big step up from L1 but Jones at Luton done very well

Manning at MK sold their best midfielder to Celtic in January and their keeper to Swansea , they lost 4 loan players back to their clubs , yet they are the form team in league one and look like they are still getting promoted , it might not work out if he did come to us but the state we are in , anyones worth a try .
If a manager is'nt getting results , sack them and move on to the next one , it's not like we have to pay millions in compensation , we pay peanuts.

Agree with much of this, but how do you justify calling MW a good motivational coach when it’s hard to name one player whose game has improved this season under him.

Willock and Dunne and Field have not been coached up but somehow managed to excel. The others, almost to a player, have gotten worse - Dickie, Stefan, Chaz, Chair, Wallace, Kakay, et alia.

MW gets credit for steadying the ship, but we’re going underwater fast unless a better tactical manager is brought into play.

If MK Dons fail to go up it could be possible.

Russell Martin did a great job there before being poached by Swansea, it could be a similar risk to JFH at Burton though where he took credit for previous managers job.

Manning seems better fotball educated than JFH was, but I remember how we burnt our fingers when he was appointed. Nigel Clough did the job at Burton.

He has brought a lot to the party and the progress made by Dieng and Willock and some others is down to him.
I think he's done more than just steady the ship.

It may well be time for a new managernow he's been with us for three years and to put some fresh ideas into the squad. But let's not kick the man when he's down because he's been brilliant for us overall.
