Oh, I'll be castigated for this view but I thought ref was very good. There were at least 100 clashes, tangles, tumbles that an ass like Mike Dean would have blown up for but this guy just shrugged them off - he seemed to view them as six of one, half-a-dozen of the other. First ref I've seen for ages that seems to know that just cos a player falls over, it doesn't mean its a foul.
Also, he remained completely calm and impassive despite the histrionics of that vile spitting Welsh ponce on the sidelines for 2hrs. His, booking of Chair was common-sense too. Overall, he avoided playing up for the cameras, let the game flow and contributed to a decent spectacle for paying fans and TV viewers.
When u do the refs course , u adopt a style .ex players no the difference between a foul and a coming together. People that haven't played the game to a decent standard don't get it and blow up for minor coming togethers . It's not pretty to watch .let the game flow whenever possible
with VAR in the Championship the game would've ended 0-0 their goal handball, Defender didn't touch Gray, and Amos clearly obstructing keep and may have even been offside, but I'm glad and take beating them anyway, and their manager goat shagger how bitter was he
It was a good effort ,and it's great being 4th with 10 to play, but it's going to be tough with the games we have left to play, we are going to need maximum effort and a degree of luck with other results maybe giving us a hand to get where we hope to be come the end of the season
I can't get over how sh1t the standard of refereeing has been this season. If I was that crap at my job I'd have been sacked a long time ago.
Unbelievable is an understatement. They are even useless after watching it on video ( it is only going to work if the R in VAR is not a total waste of space/ cheating s.o.b/ blind delete or add as appropriate). If anyone has seen either of the weekend's MotDs they will have noted a number of errors.

For much of the game he was as you say, but the 'obvious handball' should not have been missed. It could have proved very costly if Luton won any points as a result of that.

Agree with you that it will be tough, but we do have to play a lot of games against our rivals for promotion, so it is in our hands to lose a play off spot. Yesterday (and the weekend results) went well for us, so hopefully with the correct application from the players and MW's team selections, tactics, subs etc we will secure the finish we want.
