who knows it could actually have been the catalyst to end the blip in the season we had found our selves in.
The players and the crowd responded to the adversity magnificently!

I also suspect he his carrying a few niggles as he gets quite a lot of treatment from the opposition.

I thought the formation worked well although Willock had a poor game. Well done to Warburton who made the change and his substitutions worked out (Amos got the winner but prior to that was poor and lost possession cheaply).
The defence played well (apart fro a moment of madness from Sanderson and an error from Dunne).
Sanderson does not deserve the criticism as he was excellent up until his red card. In hindsight he should have stayed down (not that the useless ref would have sent James off instead).
I have been critical of Thomas, but he was excellent in his cameo role and perhaps he can play a part in a no striker formation on Saturday.
Johansen had a good game playing further forward with Hendrick and the excellent Field playing deeper.
A well earned victory.
now for the ref. What a f@@@ing joke.
How many times have we witnessed an opposition gk wasting time and continuously seeing the ref just wave his arms to get on with it, yet this one booked Dieng the 1st offence.
He also took no action on the Blackpool player for pushing a QPR playing to the ground in the melee for Sanderson’s red card. Nor for the late foul on Amos ( instead he booked Field.
I don’t know what it looked like on TV but in the stands it looked like he missed so many fouls and throw-ins that should have been given to QPR.
As for the assistant on the Stan Bowles stand side. did he even know what offside is 0r a throw in. And what was he looking at in the red card melee that he couldn’t assist the ref?
Rant over.
Well done again to the manager and all the players for 3 valuable points ( even more important given last night’s results).
