We need to see a reaction from the boys tomorrow, I'm sure they feel what we feel, and we need to see that they really want it, they have to be on it from the start, not something they appear to be good at, but a raise in tempo, positivity and attitude is a must

I haven’t recovered from the loss at Barnsley yet.
6 losses on the spin
11 without a win
2 wins all season.
We had also scored in every away league game against a side without a clean sheet all season and we draw a blank.
Having seen highlights of the game and some of the chances we had to score it is even harder to accept.
Hopefully the players have felt as bad about the game as many fans have and make up for it with a win tomorrow.

I really couldn't give a toss about what's going on elsewhere at the moment - I have full focus on what's going on in our yard.
I tend to view matches in little clusters of 3 or 4 games so any single game isn't the end of the world so to speak.
Going into Boro/Barnsley/Wall I felt 7pts was a reasonable target for a team with real promotion aspirations. Maybe 5 or 6 points would be okay. The bare minimum would be 3pts.
So, anything less than a win tomorrow would mean that it has been a disastrous return from those 3 games. Millwall are a limited and toothless opposition we need to be soundly beating. They have nothing to offer except belligerence and a cussed attitude. Any team that is prepared to go at them ought to come out on top.
I think our season is at a crossroads and I'm curious to see which turning Warbuton takes. I'm very concerned he'll just keep trundling along on the same track but I'd like to be proved wrong though.
Whatever way you cut the cake it's a massive game - we need to make a statement of intent.

Sure is a big game after recent results , Millwall are no mugs what they don't have in finesse they make up in effort . We need to match them in effort , give 100% and we will win . Cut out the 5 a side at the back and win our midfield battles . If willock plays they won't be able to handle him as they're clumsy at the back .Go dykes or gray upfront

I would hardly describe Millwall as limited and toothless after our struggles against them earlier this season ,Jedd Wallace in particular would probably get into every team in the Championship although has only just returned from a long term injury.
im happy with a point tomorrow in what should be a difficult game being it’s a London derby.

The Good news tonight is Blackburn drew with West Brom, which means a win tomorrow for us means we go up to 3rd, that is a big relief.
This makes this week even more important now. 2 wins this week means we would go to 3rd place.
I would say this is the biggest week in our season so far.

The big thing here as hinted at in this link is to see if MW attempts any real changes here.
We are all thrilled that we have a real shot at promotion this season, and MW deserves credit for that.
Yet this is the moment when great coaches emerge from the simply good ones.
And after three straight games of mediocrity, it is an opportunity for MW to ascend to a new level.
If, however, he sits Sanderson and Amos again, and “trundles” along with the same old same old, he’s sending a message to his players that “fighting for the shirt” is a slogan, not a vow.

Agree with everything said so far, it's s pivotal week this week, now is the time to show some strength of character,,MW is at the forefront of this, he needs to make the right decisions, and then the team must execute as we know they can, get it done boys!!

We are bang out of form and I am worried about this one. We have lost our previous two away games to P'boro and Barnsley - two of the poorest teams in this division. We were very lucky to get away with a draw at home to M'boro. 1 out of 9 is poor even though P'boro was just a cup game.
In light of this, a point against Millwall is ok.
I expect to see a few changes. That might include bringing on Dieng, Sanderson, Amos and Adomah from the start and obviously Willock if he is fit. However, I think Warburton will go for:
Marshall,
Dickie, Dunne, Barbet
Adomah, Johansen, Field, Wallace
Willock, Chair
Dykes
Bench: Dieng, Sanderson, Moses, Amos, Hendrick, Gray, Austin.
If Willock isn't fit I guess Amos will get the nod.
