Time to start another run. Sheff utd aren't up to much. We should be targeting at least a draw but depends on who is fit and available. Need Albert back and be good if either moses or Wallace can play.

Just not our day today, the makeshift wingback situation didn't help although I don't think that cost us the points, CB's a bit poor on both goals but we had more than enough chances including a missed penalty to get a result, we move on to the next one!

Stoke have played well, very organised and defended superbly. Their GK is MOM. We look too slow and laboured today, no cutting edge in final third. Couple of pacy forwards would be nice in Jan, oh and a couple of decent WBs who can cross a ball and stay fit!

The normal R's slow approach at the back was normal for us. however, it's the missed penalty from Austin that cost us the game. The goalie was on top form and I wonder what else could we do to beat him.

Just wasn’t to be today. Controlled the game for large periods without actually creating to many clear cut opportunities. The penalty miss was the decisive part, score that and we would have probably gone on to win it at the very least got a point. Disappointing as we could have opened up the gap and now we have pulled ourselves back into a battle to maintain top 6. Have to remember we are massively exceeding expectations this season. Shame we lost the scoring run as well. Ah well onwards and upwards. Sheff United will
be a tough game no doubt I will take a point.

It's worrying with our small squad when we get knocks or injuries, we was into a really good groove and it's knocked us, there is just no recovery time between games in this league, we looked ok in spells, but we did seem a bit lifeless and pedestrian for a lot of that game, to the point that my stream was freezing at times and I never noticed!! Bit harsh maybe, but yep Sheff Utd next, re-group as best we can and go again

Team selection all wrong today , both wing backs dreadful , our defence far to slow . Barbet to dunne to dickie to dunne to barbet ... Hoof . If Stefan or dozzell drop short it goes back to the defenders . Terrible to watch . Stoke did there homework and seemed to have 3 players on willock and chair every time they received the ball . Charlie want so much for him to do well but it just isn't there , his body language is so wrong waiting to take the penalty...
