Warburton says de Wijs will be among those training on Thursday in a bid to prove his fitness for a reunion with his former club.

“We’ll have a training group tomorrow of about six,”

Mark Warburton says he will assess Ilias Chair and Sam McCallum before naming his squad for QPR’s trip to Hull City.

Both players have been ill – Chair was unavailable for Saturday’s draw with Millwall and the midweek Carabao Cup tie at Leyton Orient.

McCallum missed the Millwall game because of what manager Warburton described as “muscle tightness” and was expected to make his Rangers debut at Orient.

Adomah was so poor against Orient that i rather start with Thomas. Otherwise iŽd go that line up too

I thought Thomas was poor against Millwall, which is why I plumped for Uncle, in the second hlaf against Orient he was being played on the left, but he should have buried his chance. I just see more chances for Charlie coming from Adomah than Thomas.

Warbs is always very coy about injuries etc. Looking through the training photos, no sign of De Vijs or Charlie. With 3 games including 2 long away trips and an early Saturday ko I think they will both miss out today unfortunately. My predicted team;

If that was to fail (which it won’t) then take DeWijs off and bring Dykes on. He hasn’t had the best of starts the last 2 games but I feel that Austin gets the best out of him so it’s an option.
