I strongly suspect we will play our 5th string team for this one. I'm on the fence..... I wouldn't want to reduce our chances of getting something at Hull by even 0.5% because of playing in EFL Cup tonight, I'd rather rest our main players.
But, a 3/4 game run in EFL Cup could result in some TV money and fixtures against sexy opposition and/or a trip to one of the new stadia for us fans.
Overall, our charge to The Prem must come first though.

QPR boss Mark Warburton says he'll be naming a strong team for Wednesday's trip to face Leyton Orient - despite the need to use his squad ahead of a busy August in the Sky Bet Championship.

"We have to make sure that we use the squad as best as we possibly can. You want to win every game that you go into, but we've got to use the squad and make sure we're strong.

"I'm conscious that on Wednesday night we'll have a big travelling contingent of fans going, which is fantastic. It'll be great for the boys playing to have that support, but they've got to earn it.

"It's a good chance for me to make some changes, getting some young boys in as well. But we'll keep the team strong and look to get a result as well.

Fair point. But if he does start and doesn't play well or stand out against lower league opposition then people will say that's the reason why he can't get a game and that he might not be ready for championship football. Loan move is his best option. Hope he plays well thou if selected.

McCallum and Chair are probably not well yet - if they were, McCallum would have started and Chair would have been on the bench. Austin, de Wijs and Moses rested as they are injury prone and Johansen as he has not had a pre season. I think the team gives itself.

Orient will be more up for it and might nick it. The match is on TV here in Norway - twice in a week as the Hull match is also shown. I think it has never happened before.
