MARK Warburton is a big fan of the FA Cup and says being part of the famous old competition is “a privilege”.

The QPR boss is preparing his side for their third round tie with Fulham. Ahead of Saturday’s clash with their Premier League opposition, Warburton said: “This is the FA Cup, and as a kid growing up this was the best competition in the world.

“It is globally recognised and anyone who tries to disrespect it is living in a different world to me.

This will be a Covid-19 affected game with both teams fielding weakened teams, but it could be good to see the likes of Kelman and Bettache in the '1st team'. Hopefully they will be able to put in a decent display to convince Warburton that they should be in the first choice 1st team. Either that or convince me and others, that Warburton has been correct in keeping them on the bench!

Anyone worken up tingling with excitement and overcome with cup fever? I'm fairly disinterested but fact we've not played for a while and the Covid factor may affect the performance/outcome, I do have some mild curiosity in the game. I've actually put us down for a win in my 10p 8-fold.
