Apologies for my negative attitude, but I can only see another defeat on the cards tomorrow due to Warbs insistence with playing a rigid 4-2-3-1 the FULL 90 mins whatever the score line!
If it means bringing on a 2nd striker due to limitations on the bench he will only be used to replace the other striker in a straight swap or unbelievably as proved, bring him on to play out of position!
Cameron will play as he’s skipper, slowing our play from mid field down to a snails pace and offering nothing going forward.
It seems ALL of the full backs at the club are flawed in one way or another, meaning we are weaker defensively and susceptible to leaking goals.
Add that all up, poor managerial tactics, inability to score enough goals up front, lack of goals from mid field and the lack of defensive steel can only mean 1 result. Ofcourse there must also be the lack of confidence in the squad due to the poor run of results lately aswell.
Don’t get me wrong I’d love it if we could win tomorrow night and turn our poor form round, but with Warbs refusing to change the shape of the team if we are losing, I have zero confidence in him getting us out of trouble.

I agree with Lincoln, another defeat awaiting and us moving deeper into relegation trouble, our game against Wycombe will become our most important of the season.
1-2 defeat but we will play well for a period of the game, create alot of chances ,waste most of them and defend like a pub team for their 2 goals ,groundhog day awaits

Everything you wrote is true afterall, his comments about the Reading game just about sums it all up. He thinks the fans so some lovely stuff, the players worked their socks off and didn't get their rewards.
I saw a team lacking in confidence, that played a slow game,( created little to excite the fans watching and barely a shot on target. Also a manager who spent the game sitting on his ice box without a clue how to make changes to effect the outcome of the match.

personally I'm still in favour of him staying and think he will keep us up if left in charge ,but it will be a nail biting affair

Just saw MW's pregame video. Same old stuff. Either he's blind to the reality of the moment, or he refuses to bend, invent and/or innovate with the squad at hand.
Wish he'd finally be asked three questions, and have the balls to be honest.
One. Given the team averages less than 10/shots a game, scores an average of only 1x per those 10 attempts, and maintains much of its possession on the defensive side of the field, why not add a second striker and demand more pace (faster passes, faster throw-ins, faster distribution from goal) from all?
Two. When are you going to truly play the "squad" (Battache, Kelman, Bonne) instead of playing aging favorites like Cameron?
Three. With all due respect, sitting quietly on an icebox nearly the whole game does little to inspire, redirect and/or re-direct during a game. If your knees hurting that bad, sit in the stands and have an assistant coach direct the team from the sideline. I trust you don't mean it, MW, but the sight of you seeing loss after loss from atop that ice chest is as despressing as the results themselves. Or do you not care what it looks like, and what it does to impact on-field performance?
