Last season's game there was garbage but we won courtesy of a goalie howler. Exactly same garbage tonight except no freebies from their keeper to gift us the win. We have not progressed one iota - a year of utter stasis.

He needs to anticipate better and have a strikers instinct but I suppose he spends most of the game with his back to goal battling for the team so I don’t like to criticise him to much .

How the F uck people on here say Dykes is garbage when the service is absolutely appalling, when he gets a chance its almost his first touch of the game, but I agree he should have done better with his chance, he ain't going to score many with the system we play no good getting a chance once in a blue moon, and most of our players can't cross a decent ball.

Agree re Dykes. Think he has great upside. But needs a second striker with him, and it’s probably not Bonne.

If anyone had any doubts before this game what Warburton's ambition for this season are they will know now( avoid relegation),this was a game to be won,and Warburton played for a point .

In reflection it’s a point, they were poor but we still relied on Diengs handling which if we’d had Lumley I think we would of lost so a positive there.

the midfield is poor really poor, Dykes needs to step up and take chances and service to him needs to be better and quicker

George Thomas looks absolutely pony. Warburton has be ranting about him being injured saying he’s a key player etc really? Warbs subs were shocking to be honest. We was never going to win once he made them and they made us worse.

I’m really glad u did the marks tonight, I personally could not be bothered, 2 terrible teams and a game we could have won if we had played an attacking team.

Warburton bangs on about how tired the players are then plays the same players, not sure where we go from here, seemed to have signed a few duds in the summer.

Problem is you can’t get quality through the door when you’re paying in washers and shirt buttons! I can see BOS being sold for peanuts in the same way Manning was let go, then we will be in a world of hurt with only Willock or Adomah to replace him with! The squad will get weaker in Jan, not stronger! Christ! How did it come to this? I really fear for us

seriously, that was shite as I expected when I saw the team. MW really hasn’t got a clue. Practically the same 11 bar Kane and Willock and the same crappy performance as seen a few times already this season.
yes, he lacks ambition and picked a team to draw or nick a win rather than really have a go. As for his substitutions, doh!!!
I feel for Dykes, yes he should have done better with his chance, but he is feeding on scraps and has no support. We can only really judge him when he has a striker alongside him or more supply from the wings. But of course he won’t get these with MW and his plan A followed by ... another version of plan A.

Still, no doubt he will be in charge for another opportunity to lose a game on Saturday.
