Drop barbet. Woukd rather Masterson next to dickie. The left footed thing makes no difference. First thing is to defend. Dont worry about playing nice diagonals that look great in training. Make your tackles and then give the ball to the midfield lads who's job it is to pass the ball forwards and create openings.
Rangers were in control against Cardiff before Yoann Barbet gave away the first of the two penalties which led to the Welsh side coming back from 2-0 down.
Barbet also scored an own goal at Barnsley and has been guilty of a number of costly errors during his time at QPR.
But Warburton flatly rejected any suggestion that he might feel particularly frustrated with Barbet given that the Frenchman is the most experienced defender in the back line.
“No. You can’t do that,” Warburton insisted.
“Did the man come off the other centre-half? Did we allow him to turn? Did we communicate with our full-back?
“Those are all of the various things. You can take a penalty incident back as far as you want to go back.
“If you’re going to do that, you’re going to pick up on two, three, four or five other players ahead of Yoann.
“He might be the one forced into a last-ditch tackle because the job’s not been done by another individual.”

Talking shite. He's crap and you brought him to the club. He gives away penalties, scores own goals, let's his man get goalside time and time again, has poor concentration, ball watches, has no pace, doesn't command his defence or lead by example, was given the captaincy and lost it to an average player who's best days are well behind him, cant take a free kick but seems to think he's the championships equivalent to Roberto Carlos and oh he's still crap. If you keep picking him, we will keep struggling.
We have an appalling record in live sky games ,Derby have only won once this season ,what could possibly go wrong !!.
too early in the season to be talking about a relegation 6 pointer, and no way will Derby will involved come the end of the season, they are way better than league position suggests and should finish around midtable . I'd be delighted If we finished in present 18th position .
2-0 Derby I'm afraid
The key thing with Cardiff game is we finally managed to score whilst enjoying the bulk of the play and dominating possession. We started very well at Barnsley but didn't even test the keeper during that period. It's imperative we capitalise on any period of possession/pressure we create. I think Adomah is a big plus - he seems to have an instinct to attack rather than fanny about. I therefore think we will win 1-4.
