Well that was not unexpected tbh. It was a Friday night game and we just don't win on this day of the week. I really can't remember more than 1 Friday night win and that was way back in the 1990s at 1-0 at home to Bradford.

Lumley's error for the opening goal but why was no one picking up Fox? Do they not know the no offside rule for throw ins? It's not the 1st time this season that they have been caught napping at defending these and failed to capitalise on them at the other end of the pitch.

Kane missed an absolute sitter to add to his poor all round performance?

Hugill missed an even better chance and as for Clarke, how crap was that for a full debut? Warburton should have subbed him at half time for BOS.

And can someone please tell me why our best performer on the night was subbed? I am referring to Chair. He was far busier than anyone else and was creating half chances and taking on players, yet got taken off, whilst Eze just waltzed around busy doing nothing.

Anoyed is an understatement, we rested a goalkeeper who has played 90 mins football this year, we rested Wells who is half likely to be playing against us on 1st Feb, we rested BOS, he's a kid, he don't need resting...we don't show any respect to this cup and that is really upsetting.

agree, and given that QPR will not be challenging for the play offs nor should they be in a relegation fight, the FA Cup should have been something to focus on in order to cash in. The prize money for progressing is worth a fair bit and then there is the increased attendances and more tv monies.

MW stop f ucking tinkering with the team, that game was there for the winning, start with the strongest side get it won if possible and then make changes, it's not rocket science.

I agree about Eze like I’ve said in the past poor mans Taarabt if he is looking for another club with that display and previous displays league 1 comes to mind

Just seen a replay of the 1st goal and you can see Ball pointing to Kane to pick up Fox and then running to do it himself because the dozy full back was too lazy to move his ####. Of course Lumley should still have saved it as it was hit staright at him and actually looked like a mishit shot.

Blame MW for this loss for the poor choice of lineup, and putting Lumley in goal just seen that first goal again he should of saved it.

totally agree, I could understand if we were in the promotion chase. Wednesday looked average which makes this result even more galling

Why persist with Lumley the other kid saved a pen and kept a clean sheet kanes positional play is shocking...warbs need to take long look at himself how can u start without BOS and your top scorer .. clown

That was a massive disappointment tonight .I was amazed to see Lumley on the team sheet and the buck has to stop with the manager for that .The young lad Clarke looked like he had won a raffle to play for us , complete light weight and constantly lost the ball .We should have changed it at half time but we waited until the 65th minute to get Bos on and then we started creating chances.Another chance of a cup run gone and it feels self inflicted .On the whole ive enjoyed this season , with our young players and style of play but this constant picking of Lumley could see the crowd turning on Warburton which would be a shame for him but he would only have himself to blame.

Just seen the highlights and Lumley should never have been beaten at the near post like that for the first. He got a hand to it but should have saved it comfortably. Why hes getting picked is beyond me.
