I don’t agree, he has his limitations but he is not on the pitch to make the silky passes, he’s in there to do the dirty work and IMHO does it quite well!

Very often when a player loses the ball it's down to other players not providing good passing options or even good pressing/tackling by the opposition.

I'm a bit fed up of fans singling players out anyway, especially when we are 3 nil up and playing well. But that seems to be the modern way.

and where was Scowen going at this goals just conceded? He speculated and ran towards the halfway line instead of defending the nil... I am not that type of fan calling out player but i always watch games very carefully and he does not seem to get decisions right. Sorry!
