Yeah you had to be at the ground to truly experience just how soul destroying that miss was.....along with his header over the bar from 4 yards out. In truth, he never looked like he was going to score. Nor did our other ‘striker’ Hugill. I think it’s now 5 and 6 games for these two without a goal. Let’s hope they can start scoring again and soon. Right now we look toothless up front.

Except it’s not the strikers doing the scoring and that is a concern. We should’ve been 3-0 up at HT yesterday and cruised to an easy win.... it’s not lost on the crowd either. LR was dead flat yesterday apart from the Charlton fans. In fact I cannot remember an atmosphere quite like it at home. Pony.

We blew it, should've been out of sight by half time, Kane had a nightmare but in fairness didn't get a lot of protection until BOS game on Amos???. and Wells should've wrapped the game up the biggest problem we were naïve, in the last minute we backed right off, they had a throw right on their own corner flag we backed off when we should've penned them in and kept them there instead another throw or a miscued clearance keeps them there game over, instead we let them take a cheap throw which they launch up the pitch win another throw and we all back off again, and we allow them to give it to the keeper he and he launches it into danger area a poor header when he could've left if for the player behind to head it who had an better chanced to clear had he got a call, it was infuriating to say the least, poor tactics at the end

Frustrating to lose two points at the end when we should have won comfortably. However would rather be frustrated some of the time than go back to the dirge we have had to put up with over the last few seasons.
Strikers going through a poor patch but lets face it there is a reason they are here and not with their parent clubs. This is their level and they will have barren spells, just a shame they have both lost form at the same time.

In addition to a CB and Alex Song, I think we need to add a striker to those two(natural strikers) we have. I feel Dykes of Livingstone could be worth buying? He scored again on Saturday. I`m curious of what you other posters on here think?QPR

We need a wiley seasoned pro, a Sean Derry type of player, to get a grip of the immature naive players we have. An utter disgrace to not have bulldozed Charlton out of sight and wholly down to a collective stupidity and inability to manage a game. Absolutely shocking and unforgivable...... We urgently need a leader of men, nobody in current squad is stepping up in terms of being an obvious de facto captain or skipper or midfield general.

also their captain who came on midway through the first half was also really vocal and getting on to the players - you are not even aware of who our captain is...
