Exe should have taken it into the corner. Naive with 30 seconds to gom
This 100%! The game should have been seen out and after the lame shot 2 0r 3 stood around and let Charlton get on with it, I suppose this is what you get with a team full of young players but it is basic football and these are professionals! These last 2 matches don't fill me with confidence moving forward!
As well as defenders we need a couple of strikers because they are pants, couldn't hit a barn door, played two poor sides one point MW could be looking over his shoulder, got to question his starting line up, why was BOS not on from the start, any more performances like this over the next few weeks and he is a goner. I think he is the right bloke but needs to sort out his poor choices with the starting eleven, knowing our owners under pressure will panic.
Got to question game management sorry warbs but wells was shite and we need bos pace
I get the squad rotation thing and time will tell with that, when Charlton changed shape maybe BOS should have come in shortly after to counter the wing play, I thought we were set up well at the end to see this out but a couple of blunders by Eze and Cameron did us in, I'm still shocked!
Take the ball into the effin corner Eze! Especially with his ability to keep possession and win free kicks. Should of been a moral boosting win and now it's a kick in the teeth draw. Reading beat Derby 3-0 and their tails will be up big-time. If we concede early at Reading, heads will drop

That's madness IMO.
Unless he loses the dressing room there's no way MW is going anywhere. I think we are over-achieving as it is and I don't know who you think is going to come in and do a better job?
We need to stop firing managers as soon as things go pear-shaped and have a longer-term plan.

I agree I still think he is the right man just needs to sort out his starting lineups.

I tend to agree with you, we were set up well to win this, should have been 3 up in the 1st half, his double substitution was seconds away from seeing this out comfortably if not for a couple of brutal individual errors, there will always be questions asked of the manager when you're not winning no matter who's in charge, we need stability!
Why make a double substitute at the same time why not make one then make one a minute later.
To burn some more time off the clock? Maybe so but as I said I think he got it right, a couple of players just let him down with crucial errors right at the death!

If you want to burn time at do one at a time surly.
