QPR mixed start?

A good technical game. I’ve watched all of their games and they’ve played well so far. My opinion is that they played some good football and created some good chances (v Bristol City). We feel like we have a plan to win and our focus will be on getting the belief right to deliver when it counts. It’s a really good feeling at the moment.

QPR might give a league debut to goalkeeper Liam Kelly, who is pushing to start ahead of Joe Lumley.

Kelly made the crucial save in the penalty shootout win against Bristol City in the Carabao Cup first round.

Swansea could be without Nathan Dyer, who picked up a hamstring injury during the weekend win over Preston.

He could be replaced by Andre Ayew, Sam Surridge or Kristoffer Peterson, while boss Steve Cooper is set to stick with Joe Rodon in central defence. Match facts

6 points up for grabs with home advantage this week. 6 would be amazing but 4 would also be an achievement. Let’s not forget how far we have come in just a couple of months. No win in 3 games now so let’s get behind the boys

Though spirited in their home opener of 2019/20, QPR have been poor at home over the past year. Tellingly, only the three relegated Championship sides of 2018/19 picked up fewer than QPR’s 30 points in the home league table last season, though 81.81% of the West London club’s 11 home league defeats came by just a one-goal margin.

Mark Warburton’s QPR also suffered their first scoring blank this term in their last game. Though this is demoralising, their home record against Swansea is a good one, with the ‘Rs’ failing to score just once in eight competitive home games vs Swansea this century (W5, D2, L1).

Tough game for us. Not sure we have what it takes, wasn't convinced after the Huddersfield game, thought we lacked any real threat in the final third. Haven't seem enough of this new team, too many new faces.
