I actually think performance is important in the last friendlies. Results aren't but good to show a system and style of play that you can kick off with in less than 2 weeks.Comment

Whilst I agree it is boring, I don't buy the whole argument about wanting entertainment over results. Fair enough hitman.
Surely jfh style of play needs to be judged once the rest of the team is brought in. Obviously we aren't going to have our style of play yet if we are yet to bring in the players to suit it?
Every game so far we have had academy kids on the wing or players that we know won't be in the finished 11.
Even up top this is washingtons first start back so it's impossible to judge.
Personally I'm looking at the defensive postives and the fact that compared to the last few pre seasons at least we look extremely fit and fairly well organised.Comment
