This club won't get near a promotion again with this ingredients I'm afraid. No regular goalscorer, no playmaker, one up front will see to that. Really drab stuff ahead.

Unless JFH ditches this awful one up front tactic he's obsessed by, you'll continue to be bored to the teeth with this kind of football.

Fantastic goal from Karlos Henry, Polti great effort when he came on, and a cracking shot off the post. Keeper good too.

Thank god the season is over. One of the most boring on record.
I can see that, was telling my mates that the match was of such bad quality in general that it actually made it fun laughing at the cr @p we saw. Gladwin and Washington are two players we have who I wouldn't be averse to selling, gladwin at any price above what we paid and if Washington does decently at the Euros take 5 mil, make decent profit and be off with him, bring someone else in, a pure striker.

Biggest issue for me today was effectively playing 4 centre backs. I know Cole Prefers full back, but he certainly does like to shrink into the middle. There's no support out wide there and we don't have the quality as a result to run forward and create, so the players all just lob it away. Hall is good, he plays exactly like a young Clint Hill but that comes with the negatives that he cannot and will not attempt to be that creative. You need that driving force not from the midfield, but from the defence and if Angella was a better defender, he'd be perfect but quite frankly, he's poor in the air and lacks any pace. Midfield needs Luongo back in, simple as, with a proper preseason playing in that role, he'll be that driving force we need.

Luongo has lovely feet, and an eye for a pass. I agree he's essential for next season.

Best part of the match was the banter between X block and the Bristol fans, truly hilarious!!

Kpekawa is frustrating as hell though, he never runs forward which is annoying because he looked a threat the few times he did make a run

A handful of games for Gladwin and Washington and you would want to get rid? Mind you you wanted Chery out and Fer to Stay. Glad your not in charge mate.

Yea I got that one wrong didn't I. For the record, never said that Chery was a bad player or that he wasn't good enough, but I just said that he wasn't as talented as Fer.

In any case with Chery, at least he showed signs of performing with some goals and assists to his name. These two have done absolutely nothing. Literally have barely shown a level of consistent performance ability, haven't done anything of note in their time here. Both flatter to deceive, Washington in particular.

Oh big time. But a wrong headed man mental who hasn't played for three years under four managers isn't the solution....

So do you believe that JFH can turn them into good players??

I think they deserve a full season with JFH, especially Washington. Would think if JFH is as good as I think he can be he would be able to improve these players.

We done well to win today considering naseer, Washington, glad win and kepewka have hardly featured as part of a team this year.

It was never going to be a game where QPR were going to provide free flowing football. Jfh has been tinkering for the last few weeks and there's no chemistry.

Tbh with his team selections it's pretty hard to tell what his plan is for next year apart from the fact he loves 4 2 3 1.

Big summer ahead of us and if he doesn't get the recruitment right and we continue to draw so many games then he will be gone very quickly imo.

60 points and 12th is just about acceptable but will need to see a hell of a lot more next season.

I like how you're trying to turn this into some question about JFH's ability to turn them around. Gladwin lacks consistency, it's difficult to teach that, it's in a player's nature. Washington lacks positional awareness, could be taught but alongside that, his shooting is poor. Decent first touch but lacks all the qualities a striker needs other than pace. Would rather sell and get someone who has the finishing but lacks other things. Much easier to teach that.

Take that as a no then.

Washington lacks confidence not the ability to finish imp.

He struggled at Peterborough initially but they stuck with him and gave him the platform to keep playing and when he did tuck his first away he didn't stop scoring.

He's barely been given a chance under jfh. Clearly needs back to back games and some faith. Also we are not the most creative of teams and we lack a player who is able to pick out a decent through ball.

You cannot be seriously suggesting Gladwin is anywhere near good enough for this level? Been loaned out once this season, that says it all. Pony player.

No I'm not saying he is anywhere near good enough, what I'm saying is he deserves a chance like all the others that have come through the door.

Out of his depth in the championship. Seems do ok in league 1 but if he's near the first 11 next season then we are gearing up for a struggle to finish mid table.

Was a gamble worth taking and looks like luongo has the ability to step up but gladwin hasn't!!
