Confused and not at all sure what to make of this.

Cannot remember playing such boring, negative and slow football, yet somehow managing to totally outclass the opposition and completely dominate a game. The goal just about sums it up.

Relief to get that goal. Odd first half. We looked almost too comfortable, running the game knocking it about really nicely but almost as if we were already 2-0 up - not enough urgency. I hope second half we push for a second because rubbish tho Donny are we are technically so superior we should put this game to bed without having an anxious last 10 minutes.

Lost the feed temporarily, got it back to see Donny lining up to restart.

Doesn't sound like I missed a worldy...

Frustratingly slow, but efficient play, apart from in the final third where we looked slow and clumsy. Right up until we took the lead.

Effective tactics, not a huge amount of fun. Needs to be done though. Long may it continue to work. The whole of the next half will do for starters.

I thought- Nico's miss aside- that was a better performance first half than many we've put together most of this season (bar Reading away).

Doing OK in a rough and tumble Championship game. Playing away but the better side, all putting in a shift. Jenas playing well, Kranjcar started slow but getting into the game more later on with some good passing, some but not enough pass and move further forward, Phillips not involved enough, couple of punts from Simpson which came to nothing, Donny not offering much but some physical threat, Joey getting clattered as usual, good cross from Ekotto which Jenas headed over, half chance for Niko shot wide, think Joey needs to move a bit further up the pitch but otherwise so far so good.
