Top tip, I was watching the stream using a Malaysian proxy and while it was playing I went into my Firefox settings and changed it back to No Proxy. The stream keept on playing and is lag free on my own connection. It seems you only need to be 'in Malaysia' to start it off, after that it really doesn't matter.
