We played a very poor first half and should have played high tempo as we did for the last 10-15 minutes. There is no point MW blaming missing chances because for a long time now QPR have been playing pedestrian football with way too many passes going back to the goalkeeper and being played amongst the back 4.

MW tried to excuse the back passing today by saying BC used a packed in defense. Well...how about all the OTHER games, Skipper? Seriously. The aforementioned “pedestrian” style of play the past two or three months is ALL about coaching. If you told all to speed it up, aggress on all fronts, I kinda think the players would.

Finally, you use the word “clinical” after nearly every loss in your post-game interview, as in if we were better on the final touches and made fewer mistakes we would win more. Clinical is irrelevant when your team shows no ambition to push forward, or when you deem passing back and forth a crafty strategy, or when you don’t lean on Eze to stop passing all the time and once in a while go for it when he has the best skills in the division (our superstar has laid back the past month looking like he is afraid of contact.)

I just watched it again also that ball was in the air a very very long time before the BC player headed it in WHAT THE HELL WERE OUR DEFENDERS DOING....BALL WATCHING AND JUST NOT REACTING IF LEISTNER WERE THERE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CLEARED.
